We
have 100's but here are a few and customer's own photos. We
actually do not hide behind the net nor do we hide our address.
We try to make the effort to make appointments to meet our valued
customers - whether it is to take them to the counter at pickup
or meet them and show them some places of interest in Darwin.
We can't be in every city at once but if you are coming to Darwin
then catch up with us for a tea/coffee. We offer rentals from
many locations in Australia so it's just a matter of emailing
us. One thing we appreciate are your full details when you ask
us for a quote. It's not to hound you but we do appreciate knowing
that we can ring you to clarify your needs and desires on occasions
- it makes a difference to us in quoting as we try to be very
accurate on the products.

Hi Rob & Marg
Just a quick thank you for your work on our hire for the 4WD
Camper for Fraser Island. The boys at Brisbane Britz were
fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for them, a special
thanks to Peter for his help! We were lucky enough to get
a 2007 model Landcruiser with only 20,000 Km's on the clock
and a nice V8 under the bonnet, the thing was an absolute
beast, nothing could stop it, and we did try a couple of times.
I have attached a couple of pics that you might like for your
records or website, hope you can use them. Thanks again, and
we will be in touch soon for the next adventure!!..... thinking
a motorhome in Cairns....

but, price permitting, I think you gotta customer . Never
come across customer service at such a high level in all my
life and I feel I am qualified to judge as I spent 3 years
as a Senior Executive Lounge Agent at Manchester Airport.

We hope you had a good weekend in Kakadu NP ... Most of our
freinds can not even start to imagine what means to cope with
the Kimberly ...we are proud to send you our concise album
of this part of our trip ... Due to your help & our devotion
... we managed to do it with much fun & satisfaction ... Your
heartly warmth welcome in Darwin showing us around and inviting
us to your home were really unexpected & overwhelming ...
We do not take it for granted ... We
hope you will soon find the time to be our guests in Israel...
We have returned the Britz car with no problem ... On the
way we had minor problems with the Fridge
& with ignition ..dwelt with reasonably ... We got as well
the Europecar Ford Station car as booked ... We are now at
the Seabreez - Best Western, in Exmouth Wa, hoping to continue
successfully, our 90 days Around Australia Adventure ... as

for your support at this last moment crisis. This on line
booking ,is more than I expected ,when everything seemed unsolved
... Now I can start packing for 90 days ... I have barely
6 hours till the taxi to the Airport wil be honking ... After
48 no sleep hours I am so adrenalined that i do not feel tired
... Eventually it will grab me in the 30+ flight hours ahead

Hi Rob, We arrive in Darwin
on Friday 29th of July at 04.30am coming from Singapore. We
will stay at the Mirambeena Resort. The rest of the day, I
think we will need to recover from the flight and we'll be
wandering around the city center and getting our first impressions
of Australia. I think it will be great to go to Parap Market
on Saturday morning. I've seen some photos of it and I think
it will make a great impression to us. So picking us up at
the hotel, getting some impressions of the market and then
dropping us off at the Maui Depot will be a great start of
the Saturday. We will stay then another night at the hotel
and leave on Sunday.

and his wife spent all day with us at Parap
and I must say they are an incredible couple. As a science
teacher in Holland André just loved Kakadu

We have just returned home after a terrific week in Darwin
& Kakadu and our hired vehicle that you organized for us was
even better than expected, thanks to the refrigerator which
we were not expecting!! The child seat was just what we ordered
and our French visitors were most impressed with everything.

recommend you to anyone else we know going your way.

your help and the interest you showed into solving our problem,
talking to the Britz manager and taking our experience to

Dear Rob
Didn't get to see you in Darwin...we only just made it back
in time to jump on the plane to Sydney! Wanted to let you
know that we had a fantastic time. The Britz vehicle stood
up to the test of the Michell Falls, Mornington wilderness
camp and Gibb River Road. After cancelling the 4WD course
Britz organised for Tony to have a few instuctions on 4WDriving
on the beach at Broome and the fellow was great apparently
( I was not there). Our kids loved it and it will go down
as one of the best holidays we've done! Thanks for all your
help in organising the trip and looking after us!
